Vina Kyoei Steel Ltd., Co. was established in January 1994 and comprised of Kyoei Steel, Mitsui, Marubeni – Itochu and Vietnam Steel Corporation. Started operation since January 1996 and Vina Kyoei is now supplying to the market steel products:  deformed bars, thread deformed bars, plain round bars, wire rods, angle bars; steel billet, scrap, sub-materials, spare  parts and other materials for thread bars with total design capacity 1 million 300 thousand metric ton.

With an area more than 17ha, Vina Kyoei Steel factory is the largest in the region together with completely new equipment and the most up-to-date rolling machines, which are imported from Japan. In addition, we are always focused on training to improve their skills, professional knowledge for officials and public employees, especially young labor force to meet operational requirements, maintenance maintenance equipment company with production standards products with best quality, competitive price to offer the market to enhance the satisfaction and benefit of our clients.

All the machine systems, which are used for the production process, are supervised by the central control room. This can improve productivity as well as reduce the consumption of electricity and other consumptions.

Currently, Vina Kyoei Steel is continuously producing high quality products that can meet any international quality standard requirements. We received the quality management certification ISO 9001:2008 from the international organization AFNOR and especially JIS certification issued by the Quality Assurance Organization of Japan for quality and production management in accordance with Japanese Industrial Standard of JQA organization. Vina Kyoei Steel is also the first and only company that has this certification in Vietnam steel industry.

Besides upgrading and innovating technology as well as developing modern equipment, Vina Kyoei Steel is always concerned about environmental protection.

Typically, the fuel used in the Reheating Furnace is changed from heavy oil to gas in order to minimize exhaust fumes CO₂ which can damage the environment. Additionally, Vina Kyoei Steel has been granted certification ISO 14001:2004 for environment management and OHSAS  18001 for employees’ health and safety.
